What's the most important thing when selling your home? Getting it done, of course! We'll help put your best foot forward in selling your home! We'll break the program down for you, and let you know what we'll be doing every step of the way through our home marketing process.

Things I'll do for you after you list your home with me:

  • help you arrive at the correct price for your home based on market conditions and the condition of your home
  • put your house on the Multiple Listing Service computer database, so the entire Board of REALTORS® is working for you
  • provide newspaper and internet advertising for your home
  • provide professional cards, brochures, and signs for your home including a brochure box on your front yard "for sale" sign
  • make your home available through a national relocation service to buyers from across the country
  • provide 24 hour a day, 7 days a week availability to handle buyer inquiries while you are at work or out of town
  • pre-qualify buyers before showing them your home
  • show your home by appointment only
  • negotiate the sale of your home
  • work with appraisers
  • work with inspectors
  • handle the closing!
  • keep you informed on a timely basis!
